Pricing Questions

What exactly is included in onboarding?
Onboarding includes: a 30-minute discovery call, a structured content brief, our team building your complete profile in English, publishing in your chosen languages, connecting your domain, and a handover walkthrough. All included in the annual price — no setup fee.
Can I switch from Standard to Unlimited later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time by paying the difference for the remaining subscription period. Your founding member pricing applies to Unlimited too if you're within the first 25 customers.
Is a GST invoice provided?
Yes. A proper GST invoice is issued for all payments, usable for business expense claims. Payment via NEFT, IMPS, or UPI.
What happens when my subscription renews?
You receive a renewal notice 30 days before your annual date. Founding member pricing is locked — same price, guaranteed. If you don't renew, your profile stays accessible for a 30-day grace period during which you can export your content.
Do I need to be a registered exporter (IEC holder)?
No. ExporterProfile is open to companies that export actively, are getting export-ready, or seeking their first international orders. An IEC is required to transact exports, but not to build your profile.
